This is a very nice neighborhood. The proximity to down town and hwys make it a breeze to get anywhere and have I mentioned the sense of community? Neighborhood is friendly and diverse. From the numerous cafes and restaurants to the parks and bike/walk paths, everything you need is within walking distance. It doesn’t help morale that the police for our district 5, rarely show a presence in our neighborhood either, let alone investigate the above referenced crimes. But, if you like a variety of eaterys, then there's plenty of night life, restaurants and coffee shops. when people buy here they choose to stay here! I have lived here for six months now and I have met many people who share the love of spending time with family and friends outside.
